We offer Summer Camp from early June through August, a two week Winter Break Camp at the end of December, one week of Mid-Winter Break Camp in February, and one week of Spring Break Camp. Some locations offer School Break Camps to coincide with local school vacations. Check with your school location for specifics on dates & offerings.

Camp sign up can be done online, in-person, or over the phone with a NY Kids Club team member. Camp is  open for enrollment on a day-by-day basis, and there is no minimum for enrollment.

Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee per day, up to 30 days prior to the day(s) being cancelled. Should you choose to take a NY Kids Club credit, the cancellation fee will be waived. No credits or refunds will be processed past this point. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must include the child’s name, the adult’s name, the details of the program being cancelled, and the reason for the cancellation.

Your child should come to camp in clothes he or she can move in. If your child wears diapers, is potty training, or there is a possibility he or she will have an accident, please bring a change of clothes and any additional items (diapers, wipes) in a ziploc bag with him or her name on it. If your child is staying for an extended day of camp, please provide a nut-free, non-refrigerated lunch. A snack is provided to all campers.

Please pack a non-refrigerated and nut-free lunch for your child.

Make-ups for camp may be available based on space availability. In order to be eligible for a camp make-up you MUST cancel your scheduled camp day no later than 8:00am on the day of the session. Should you choose not to attend your scheduled camp day and fail to call us by 8:00am, you will forfeit the payment for your camp day and a make-up will not be given.

We do not offer trial classes for camp. You are welcome to register for a single day and increase your enrollment after that time.

All children who register for camp are required to have participated in a drop-off program (either at NY Kids Club or elsewhere) prior to the start of their camp session.

Your child does not have to be potty trained in order to attend camp. We simply ask that you keep us informed of your practices at home so that we may continue them while your child is at camp. Also, please provide a change of diaper/clothes for your child in a ziploc bag with his/her name on it.

Extended day camp provides an opportunity for parents to extend their child’s camp day. During this time, children will have lunch as a group, and participate in two or three classes and interactive play. Extended day options vary by location and by program – please check with your location for specific offerings!

No. Classes are held in 17 week sessions, which do not include the weeks of camp. However, we encourage all children who are age-appropriate to attend these camps as the consistency and enrichment activities that camp offers will continue a substantial routine in your child’s life. The camp curriculum varies activities on a daily basis as well, so your child will be receiving the best of what NY Kids Club has to offer in terms of programming (i.e. gymnastics, art, music, movement, martial arts, yoga, sports, cooking, science, dance and our industry renowned interactive theater experience).
