NY Kids’ math, science & engineering classes help children develop a strong understanding of the world through fun hands-on experiences. Educator-led activities, such as block building, patterns, counting and other interactive projects teach students the fundamentals of math, science and engineering. These fun learning experiences build math and science skills as well as improve a student’s reasoning skills, so they become better at identifying problems and finding solutions. Basic math is taught through building blocks, puzzles and patterns. Younger children will master concepts like shapes, numbers and measures while older students are introduced to scientific method, theoretical thinking and creative uses for math, science and engineering.
