New York Kids Club Policies
GENERAL POLICIES:
- Please, no cell phones and pagers beyond the Front Desk.
- Infant siblings may be brought to adult participation classes in a bjorn or a snuggly. Older siblings who are not in a bjorn or snuggly will not be allowed into class.
- NYKC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All strollers should be stowed in the stroller parking area in the lobby.
- No food, drinks, or gum in the gym or classrooms.
- We are a NUT FREE facility. Please refrain from bringing snacks or consuming foods containing nuts while on premises.
- Please do not bring your child to the New York Kids Club if they are showing any signs of illness including a runny nose, cough or fever. We will gladly arrange for a make up class. The New York Kids Club reserves the right to deny a sick child participation in classes or open play sessions.
REFUND POLICIES:
FALL/SPRING CLASSES
Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds will be given after the third week of the session.
FALL/SPRING MINI-SEMESTER CLASSES
Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds or credits will be given after the first class of the session.
SUMMER CLASSES
Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds will be given after the second week of the session.
EARLY ENRICHMENT CENTER: 2's, 3's, and 4's Club
All payments are non-refundable nor transferable to other programs. Families enrolled with a payment plan are liable for all pending payments.
CAMP
Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to the weeks being cancelled. No refunds will be granted past this point.
PLAY PASSES and SINGLE EVENTS
Play Passes (10/20/30 pack) and single events are non-refundable. They are valid for one year from purchase date and may be transferred to or used for friends and/or family.
MAKE-UP POLICIES:
FALL/SPRING CLASSES
We allow two make-up classes per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance online or with the front desk for any age-appropriate class and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.
FALL/SPRING MINI-SEMESTER CLASSES
We allow one make-up class per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance online or with the front desk for any age-appropriate class and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.
SUMMER CLASSES
We allow one make-up class for the Summer session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance online or with the front desk and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.
EARLY ENRICHMENT CENTER: 2's, 3's, and 4's Club
There are no make-ups allotted for 2's, 3's, and 4's Club programs.
CAMP
There are no make-ups allotted for camps.
