New York Kids Club Policies


GENERAL POLICIES:


  • Please, no cell phones and pagers beyond the Front Desk.
  • Siblings who are not enrolled in the class may not participate.
  • NYKC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • All strollers should be stowed in the stroller parking area in the lobby.
  • No food, drinks, or gum beyond the first gate.
  • We are a NUT FREE facility. Please refrain from bringing snacks or consuming foods containing nuts while on premises.
  • Please do not bring your child to the New York Kids Club if they are showing any signs of illness including a runny nose, cough or fever. We will gladly arrange for a make up class. The New York Kids Club reserves the right to deny a sick child participation in classes or open play sessions.


REFUND POLICIES:


FALL/SPRING CLASSES

Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds will be given after the third week of the session.


FALL/SPRING MINI-SEMESTER CLASSES

Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds or credits will be given after the first class of the session.


SUMMER CLASSES

Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, prior to the first class of the session. No refunds will be given after the second week of the session.


EARLY ENRICHMENT CENTER: "2's and 3's Club" & "3's and 4's Club"

A non refundable 50 percent tuition payment is due at the time of registration. The tuition balance will be charged 60 days prior to the start of the semester. All tuition payments are non refundable.


CAMP

Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee one month prior to the start date of our Summer Camp Session. No refunds will be granted within 30 days of the start of the camp session.


OPEN PLAY PASSES

Play Passes are non-refundable. They are valid for one year from purchase date and may be transferred to or used for friends and/or family.



MAKE-UP POLICIES:


FALL/SPRING CLASSES

We allow two make-up classes per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance with the front desk for any age-appropriate class and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.

We allow one make-up class per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance with the front desk for any age-appropriate class and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.


SUMMER CLASSES

We allow one make-up class for the Summer session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance with the front desk and are limited to the current session. No make-ups will be allowed during the first and last weeks of the session.


CAMP

There are no make-ups allotted for Camps at the New York Kids Club.
